Ok, I purchased this because I kept seeing it all over TikTok! And I have to admit that I've really been enjoying it. My ankles do feel less swollen, and I like the movement that it brings to my body. It comes with presets which is nice and three different speeds. I was itchy the first time I tried a new speed, but think chafing after running for the first time in a while. It's normal because it's getting your blood flow going. I like that it has a remote and that it's lightweight and easy to move. Also, a nice price. Very minimal noise.
