A few months ago I had to have stints put in and I was sent to Cardio Rehab. I knew I needed to keep up with my exercise so I purchased this so I could work out at home. I walk about 45-60 minutes at a time, with no incline at a speed of 3.0 without any difficulty. At rehab, we discovered I should not use the incline feature as it created unnecessary physical distress, even though the speed was fine. I am 67 so I won't be using it for jogging, nor will my wife so I do not need all the bells and whistles others come with like the go fit trainer. The assembly is very easy with about 4 bolts (For the console and hand supports) and 2 screws (from underneath for the cup holders) It has the easy start & stop buttons on the left side handle support, and the speed increase or decrease on the right side hand support. I like that the speed can be changed by .1 increments. It is easy to fold up and down, (it lowers itself slowly so you don't have to worry about dropping it) and was easy to move on the wheels. It also has a slot I can put my 10" Fire Tablet in and read while I am on the tread mill. The only down side I found with it so far was I wish the cup holders were bigger in diameter. They will hold a standard water bottle, but not my insulated one.
