I purchased the 4D model. I was afraid it would be flimsy, but it is actually quite heavy and sturdy. It seems to have all the features of the more well-known brands, such as a curved surface and multiple modes, but at a more affordable price. I found several vibration plate playlists on youtube that have helped me get acquainted with the many ways the plate can be utilized. I'm happy with my purchase and using it almost daily.
