Why is the power button indicator keep flashing? The flashing power button is a safety - designed feature. Once plugged in, the coffee machine's button flashes to show it's connected and ready. This helps you know it's powered on. To stop the flashing, just unplug the machine from the power source. Why is the first coffee not hot enough? A cold brew head, filter holder, fiter, and cup can absorb a significant amount of heat from the coffee, signifcantly afecting the qualty of the espreso. We RECOMMEND to run a brewing cycle without ground coffee to preheat them before brewing. Why did the espresso machine I received have some water in it? If you find some water in the water tank, please don't worry. This is due to the machine being quality inspected before leaving the factory and is not a used machine.
