My sister in law has one at home and she says it helps her lose weight, So, I’ve finally put a hand on this vibration plate exercise machine. It has 120 Speed levels and 5 auto modes. Easily plug it in, turn on the machine, and hit “start” then it’ll vibrates. While I stand on it I really feel the vibration and I could feel it giggling my stomach. I think this will really help me loose some stomach fat! I think this is such a great machine! Going to try out all different mode and features.
