The book is about a quarter inch thick. 49 recipes inside. Limited pictures. Small pictures and not for every recipe. Each recipe uses flour or bread flour, not gluten free flour or replacement flours. Glad I found this on sale and only paid $4 for it. I'll probably gift it to family since it would cost more to return it. Too bad because I was really looking forward to some homemade gluten free bread.
