We ordered two of these tables at the same time. One arrived with a piece broken off the edge and had to be returned (we think this was a manufacturing error because the packaging was undamaged). However, our replacement arrived within just three days; we were very happy with the way the problem was resolved.The tables themselves are really incredible. They are quite heavy, and the construction ensures that there's no wobbling or creaking. And, the assembly required just 12 screws and an (included) allen wrench. My husband and I both commented that we were surprised that buying hardwood furniture online and assembling it could actually be pretty fun instead of a hassle. We were pricing coffee tables in furniture stores that cost about twice as much. This was easy, enjoyable, and a lot cheaper than the alternatives.
